If you're thinking about selling "By Owner" I highly recommend that you talk to Jennifer before you try it. After talking to other agents who assured us that they could sell our home if we offered it for several thousand dollars below the going rate, my wife and I tried for several months to sell our home ourselves. We offered a 3% commission to the buyer's agent, had an MLS listing and a showing service that allowed agents to show the house when we weren't home. I was referred to Jennifer by our Darling Salesperson.  Jennifer has been nothing short of a fantastic.  The neighborhood that I moved from was extremely tricky because prices were all over the  map.  Jennifer did a lot of research and we priced our home at what I thought was a very reasonable price.  We got a lot of traffic and Jennifer was completely on top of getting feedback from the other realtors.  Whenever I had a question when reading their feedback on line, she was always one step ahead of me and already asked it.  Our home sold at a great price and in the timeframe I needed which is amazing because homes just weren´t selling in that neighborhood.  In fact, I drove through the neighborhood last week and I saw a house still for sale that went on the market before mine 8 months ago.  I absolutely will call Jennifer to sell my next home.  She´s a hard worker and in my opinion is the best I´ve worked with.
